Why is Quran teacher I selected not available on the times that I want?
The dates & times shown on the page after you select an ustaz or ustazah are based on their availability. If a slot is greyed out, it means it is no longer available for booking (e.g. already booked by someone else or blocked out by the teacher for other matters).
We recommend you check out other teachers and choose one that suits your availability.

- Get in touch with your Quran teacher: You’ll receive your teacher’s contact details in your email. Use these to introduce yourself and discuss any details before your sessions.

What if I want to continue learning beyond the first four sessions?
That is great, Alhamdulillah! You can easily book more sessions on Meem:
Can I reschedule after booking?
We get it—sometimes plans change! If you need to reschedule, just reach out to your Quran teacher directly to agree on a new time. You’ll find their contact details in the email we send after your booking. To make things smoother for everyone, it’s best to let them know as early as you can.
A heads-up about our policy:
- To keep things fair for everyone, our platform policy states that cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable.
- If you request to reschedule within 24 hours of the session, it depends on your teacher’s availability. If they can’t accommodate the change, they have the right to cancel and still be paid.
For example, if your session is on 20 February 2025 and you cancel on 19 February, the session will not be refunded. However, canceling on 18 February or earlier qualifies for a refund.
For packages with multiple sessions, any eligible refunds will be adjusted based on the sessions already used.

I need to cancel my booking. Can I get a refund?
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned! If you need to cancel a session, here’s how our platform policy works:
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before your session: You’re eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your session: Unfortunately, refunds aren’t available for late cancellations.
For example, if your session is on 20 February 2025, canceling on 19 February won’t qualify for a refund. But canceling on 18 February or earlier will.
This policy is in place to respect the time of the asatizah (teachers), who set aside their schedule to teach. It helps discourage last-minute changes.
If you’ve booked multiple sessions, any refunds will be adjusted based on the sessions you’ve already completed.
